Responsibilities:
Provide customer service for our clients in a professional and courteous manner
Responds to customer inquiries and complaints by following techniques provided
Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs

Qualifications:
Must at least be a High School Graduate
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Must have above average English communication skills
Must be willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedules
Must be willing to work during holidays and weekends
Must be willing to work in Makati City
Full-Time position(s) available
