Qualifications: College Degree in Industrial Engineer, any Business/Management course or its equivalent. Good computer skill and proficient in various MS Office Applications. Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Flexible with a keen eye for details.
Responsibilities: Handles administrative duties and executive level support to the EVP. Scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Organizing and maintaining files, documents and records. Prepares reports, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence.
