Job Purpose
Provide administrative support to the business
Accountabilities
• Manage staff calendars by sending follow-up emails to meeting attendees, adding events into calendars, arranging and facilitating meetings
• Facilitate travel and accommodation bookings by researching flight options, hotel accommodation and adding flight/hotel details into staff calendars
• Prepare set weekly reports (EMDG Timesheet, Staff’s daily time tracker) monthly reports (Revenue, COGS, Profit, Time Yield vs. Revenue Profit, client monthly time tracked) by collating, reviewing and organizing the information
• Organize and maintain files and records generally, including adding client contact details directly into online address books and into our CRM platform, Cognition
• Facilitate meetings, interviews and training for all staff and their managers
• Perform admin-related tasks that support the business requirements such as generating and activating GRG tech logins for new recruits
• Manage staff leave balances and process leave applications
• Support other business units such as Client Services and Ad Ops Department’s by creating reports, scribing meeting notes and action points from group WIP’s, create screenshots and perform email send out’s when requested to do so
• Conduct industry or merchant research as required
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
