Job Description
> Assist in handling and processing order in all online such as Lazada and Shopee
> Attends to customer inquiries on live chat in the seller center
> Assist with forming our company’s overall digital marketing strategy
> Contact customer unpaid orders via live chat or mobile
> Uploading of products in the platform
> Assist in processing and dispatching orders
> Process product complains, return of orders/delivery
> Assist the E Commerce Specialist in coordination with the production to ensure the product availability according to specifications
> Compiles in folder the forms such as sales invoice, order details/picklist, carrier manifest, return form and claim/dispute form
> Perform Concession Store Operations as to: assist in encoding, creation of letters for Pull-Out, Markdowns, Transfers, Repairs etc., encoding of promo salaries, assist back-office staff with other request
Job Qualifications
> College graduate of any four year course
> Knowledgeable in Lazada and Shopee platforms online selling and campaigns
> Must be computer literate
> Good communication skill
> High attention to detail and accuracy
> Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work effectively
> Meet deadlines independently
> CAN START IMMEDIATELY
