Digital Marketing Specialist / Virtual Assistant – Your Virtual People Inc

Job Description & Requirements
Nature of Business: The successful candidate will be working with a Client who owns one of NSW’s leading agencies focused on managing rental properties, holiday accommodations, and providing perfect getaway options for travelers.

Location: Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga

Work Schedule: 6:30am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri

A general overview of tasks:
• Responsible for daily Facebook and Instagram posts. Getting content from the team then posting interesting and relevant stuff on several social media platforms.
• Researching blogs about the holiday rental industry. Writing the blogs for the client’s website, pulling together email and/or printed newsletters for guests, owners, and potential clients.
• Buying and managing Google AdWords where necessary.
• Analyzing Google Analytics results and updating the website campaigns accordingly.
• Taking full ownership of the client’s new website and working with client’s web developers/designers to maximize bookings through their site.
• Managing the content of the client’s website and keeping it up to date.
• Developing and managing other digital marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive online traffic to the company website.

As the candidate begins to further understand the client’s business, processes and systems, additional tasks will be introduced. These may include assisting other team members on a few administrative tasks such as:
• Sending text messages to guests, cleaners, and owners via a web application
• Responding to guest enquiry emails – confirming pricing and advising availability
• Reporting
• Uploading of photos to websites
• Maintenance requests to tradespeople
• Preparation of guest information folders
• Website onboarding of new properties
• General data entry

Skills required:
• EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH
• SOLID DIGITAL MARKETING SKILLS
• GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE ADWORDS SKILLS
• CONTENT WRITING//BLOG WRITING SKILLS
• Computer Savvy
• High attention to details
• Efficient, organized, and can work under minimal supervision
• Team player and problem solver
• Honest, punctual, and reliable
• With positive attitude and takes criticisms objectively
• Confident and assertive

• Booking / Hotel / Travel / Accommodations / Reservations experience is a plus
• SEO experience is a plus
• Web Development/Design experience is a plus
• Call Center experience is a plus
