Position Summary (Digital Marketing Assistant):
Assistant to support the Marketing operations of the business with tasks as allocated daily. The suitable person for this role must have the ability to handle varying daily tasks, meet set deadlines and communicate well with customers and the team, and being proactive in various marketing and administrative tasks of the business.

We are a new startup business who works in the eCommerce industry. Being an online company, we are not too strict or bureaucratic in terms of where you do your day-to-day work from. We are open to a flexible working arrangement, either Monday to Friday or 6 days during Australian business hours, but the time schedule has to be mutually agreed. Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Design and prepare engaging and attractive social media posts through Social media post scheduler
Design, plan, build, monitor, and continue to improve various digital marketing campaigns and activities
Recommending best practices in measuring digital media (web sites, social, mobile) based on the marketing objectives and make recommendations for addressing opportunities
Monitoring and answering customer messages on social media when needed.
Managing Google Advertising Campaign, and possibly other advertising campaign (on Twitter, Facebook, and possibly Bing platform)
Developing high converting landing page and manage versioned landing page development to drive maximum conversion and ROI.
Documenting work plans/procedures, knowledge base, other information on the Wiki page.
Article research and content writing.
Design/plan/test/distribute product newsletters
Manage social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Design and deliver meaningful content to engage with clients and prospects, creating loyal followers with the objective of growing our social presence and communities.
Writing content that can be used across the various social media platforms and in traditional marketing materials when needed.
Developing and designing marketing collateral.
General administration and marketing duties as directed

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required
Commitment into continuous learning and obsession in delivering the best value to customers through your involvement in this role are very crucial to us. Personally, you will also need to be a great team player who values collaboration, integrity and are willing to push the limit to dedicate your best in order to grow as a part of this new team. As this is a remote position, you will need to have a very descent internet connection at your home in order for you to work in this role.

At least 3 years experience in a similar digital marketing role, preferably for an e-Commerce/advertising/media industry
A strong and proven sense of team work.
An ability to think and act strategically, work with minimum assistance, identifying opportunities and delivering results.
Excellent skills in digital marketing and email marketing across vast variety of medium including SEO, SMO, Google Web tools, Google Search Console, Canva, Newsletter, MailChimp, Landing page, and other popular marketing tools
A passion for Digital Marketing and technology.
Knowledge of web design/development, and graphic design
Excellent communication skills in English (highly fluent, both written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal skills, very good time management and organizational skills
Ability to prioritise, meet set deadlines, and work under pressure during peak periods
Displays initiative, yet able to follow instructions and organisational procedures
Displays high desire in learning, highly motivated, integrity, and honesty.

Desirable Skills / Experience / Qualifications
– 5 or more years of experience in digital marketing
– Some experience in web development and graphic design will be greatly valued
– Great success in digital marketing role that resulted in very high rates of conversions, which made it a very successful advertising campaign.
