REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of US call handling experience with specialization in customer service, inbound/ outbound sales, technical support, inbound/ outbound collections and financial/ banking services. Preferably from accounts such as AT&T, Sprint, Dish Network, Time Warner Cable, T-Mobile, HP, Dell, Comcast, Direct TV, Onstar, Verizon, Optus, Citibank, Chase, HSBC, Capital One, etc
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced employees with established longevity and career progression in the US BPO/KPO industry
• Applicants must be willing to work during night/graveyard hours (starts at 8PM-11PM)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Avenue, Makati or Greenhills, San Juan
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
