Job Description / Requirements
A Product Technology Company is looking for Customer Support Representatives who have good interpersonal skills who will assist in providing after-sales support to the clients.

Responsibilities include:
– Handling queries and complaints of customers and providing call resolutions
– Receiving requests for repairs from corporate clients
– Providing assistance to walk-in customers

Qualifications include:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any course
– Good communication skills in English
