Customer Service Specialist Malolos – Mohawk Group

What you’ll do:
• Brainstorm and implement strategies to improve the happiness of our customers, the most crucial aspect of our business
• Converse with people, mainly via email, to solve problems, answer questions, and share in their enthusiasm for our awesome products
• Monitor trends in customer comments to help our brand managers determine which products may need to be improved, or what the market is looking for
• Assist in building the most streamlined and efficient possible customer response system
• Jump in on any task that may require extra help, as one does in the startup environment

Qualifications:
•Excellent English communication skills
•Experience in working with seller accounts in Amazon Seller Central
•Background in Customer Service Email Support is a plus
Highest Education Attainment:
College Graduate

Salary: 18,000-25,000
