Customer Service Representatives

Qualifications:
1.Excellent English, written and
verbal communication skills,
with the ability to communicate verbally
with a neutral or American accent.
2.Must have sales experience
3.Proficient with the use of computers
4.Experience in handling American clients is desirable.
5.Must be personable, warm and confident.
6.Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and
driven to achieve objectives.
7.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
8.Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive.
9.Can work independently with minimal supervision.
10.With pleasing personality.

Education and Experience:
1.Graduate of any 4-year degree course;
preferably business, marketing or
communications graduate is desired or at
least finished 2nd year college
2.Minimum 1-year call center experience
as customer service or sales representative

Compensation:
18-20K Php Basic Salary
with Incentives ( as much as 15K Php )
