Jobs Responsibilities:
 Research needed info using accessible solutions;
 Follow traditional functions and treatments;
 Determine and advance priority concerns per Client requirements;
 Refocus issues to suitable resource;
 Precisely process and document call purchases using a pc and specified traffic monitoring software program;

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
