Azpired is hiring Customer Service Representatives.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( CSR)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the
level of customer satisfaction.

2. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.

3. Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.

Qualifications:
1.Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,

Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Customer service account experience is an advantage.
4. Must be sharp and aggressive.
5. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
6. Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
7. Willing to work night shifts.
8. Full time positions.
