Job Description
• Take incoming calls for people interested in staying in the hotel or resort.
• Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Find fare and schedule information
• Calculate total travel costs

Job Qualifications
– with at least 6 months of BPO Experience
– High school graduates, Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, Senior High Graduates are welcome.
– can work asap
– willing to be interviewed immediately
