URGENT HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS:
Account / LOB: Banking

Details of the Account:
1. Delivers excellent customer service at all times
2. At least high school graduate
3. Call Center experience and exposure to Banking Industry is not required but highly preferred
4. Schedule: Shifting
Account / LOB: Travel

Details of the Account:
1. Guarantee customer satisfaction by providing correct information on customer’s accounts and records
2. Delivers excellent customer service at all times
3. At least high school graduate
4. Call Center experience is not required but highly preferred
5. Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
Account / LOB: Business to Business

Details of the Account:
1. Facilitates and / or reserves phone conferences
2. Delivers excellent customer service at all times
3. At least high school graduate
4. Call Center experience is not required but highly preferred
Account / LOB: Employment Verification

Details of the Account:
1. Call Center experience is not required but highly preferred
2. Delivers excellent customer service at all times
3. At least high school graduate
Account / LOB: IT Helpdesk

Details of the Account:
1. Preferably with 6 months Call Center or BPO experience (CS or Tech experience will be fine)
2. Delivers excellent customer service at all times
3. At least high school graduate
