Shift will be from MID TO NIGHT SHIFT.

Profile 1 (Ideal):
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· Excellent communications skills
· With or without customer service experience
· BPO experience is a plus
· Willing to work in shifting schedules

Profile 2 (Combo):
· College undergraduates with customer service experience
· 3 years in college with 1 year call center experience
· 2 years in college with 2 years call center experience
· Excellent communications skills (at least B2 in berlitz)
· Willing to work in shifting schedules
