Customer Service Representative – Makati City – Reliv Philippines Inc

Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities:
Processes orders and applications received through different channels (call, text, fax, email, online)
Provides information about the company’s products and services
Assists customers and distributors with orders, concerns and inquiries
Handles customer order follow up and complaints, and other tasks as may be assigned by the department heads

Requirements:
Male, 20-30 years old, College graduate, with pleasing personality
Computer / Information Technology knowledge is a plus
At least 2 years work experience in Customer Service / Sales
Must be willing to work in Makati City
Full-Time position
