Customer Service Representative – Makati City – Infinit-O Manila Inc

Job Description / Requirements
Responsibilities:
1.) Handling inbound/outbound calls through the customer care queue on a daily basis
2.) Should have EXCELLENT ENGLISH, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively
3.) Ability to provide best customer service at all times (ex. Great tone, enthusiastic at all times, customer centric approach and overall great in building rapport)
4.) Accept customer payments over the phone
5.) Ability to handle customer care chats when needed
6.) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email systems

Qualifications:
1.) In-bound call center experience is a plus but not required.
2.) Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate verbally with a neutral or American accent.
3.) Experience working in an environment that has a key focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
4.) Experience in handling American clients is desirable.
5.) Willing to render overtime if needed and can work on any given schedule that the campaign needs.

Education:
· Graduate of any 2 year or 4-year degree course; preferably Information Technology, Computer Science, computer related degree, business, marketing or communications graduate is desired.
· Undergraduate is accepted with good understanding of lifestyle and entertainment technology such as TV and Audio devices (boom boxes and speakers).
