Job Description:
Our Customer Service Representatives are our front line in regards to maintaining relationships with our valued partners through proper communication, assisting with any issues and retention goals. Join one of the most exciting and vibrant teams within our company!

Core Function:
Represent our company by building lasting relationships and friendships with your assigned overseas partners
Provide phone support and consultation to partners regarding ongoing campaigns
Recommend services that will meet the end-client objectives and increase client retention

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
1 to 2 years Account Management experience
SEO and online marketing literate is an advantage but not a requirement

Required Skill(s)
Above Average English Communication Skills
High Analytical Skills
Candidate should be creative, can provide out of the box solutions promptly
Candidate should be friendly and an advocate in providing solutions to issues that may arise with partner issues and end client expectations
Candidate should have good common sense inside a B2B environment
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
Prefer 1-3 years experience specializing in customer service or equivalent
SALARY IS 18,500 to 31,500
