Job Description / Requirements
CLEAR Corporate Solutions is looking for a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to work for a unique and interesting account. The successful candidate is going to handle and support an Australian owned skincare product but will be working on the night shift as most of their customers are Americans. The account is mostly non-voice but may be required to make phone calls to customers from time to time.
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in the call center/ BPO industry
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient with MS Office and other computer applications (Desk.com, Shopify, Facebook, Twitter and Google business apps)
Willing to work on night shift, weekends or holidays
Reliable and can work with minimum supervision
Professional and has strong work ethic
Salary: PHP 24,000 – PHP 28,000
Start Date: ASAP
