We are in need of additional 50 employees to handle incoming calls from our clients from New York/New Jersey with the following Qualifications:
-At least 20 years old
– Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
– Ability to solve problem
– Willing to work on grave yard shifts.
– Must be able to work occasional overtime as needed
– Demonstrate ability to grasp new concepts;
– quickly master key elements of job within training period
– Great people skills, including empathy, courtesy, and respect
– Driven and self-motivated
