Customer Service Representative / CSR – Japanese
A Multinational IT Contact Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Japanese.
You will be responsible for:
– Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or respond promptly to customer inquiries
– Performing customer verifications, process orders, forms, applications and requests of clients
– Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
– Translating relevant documents, web content, and other communications into Thai terms and/ or vice-versa.
Qualifications required are:
– Fluency in both oral and written Japanese and English language
– At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles
– Excellent problem solving and people skills
– Willingness to work on a shifting schedule
– Proficiency in MS Office.
