CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
Job Overview
The primary responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to manage and update client concerns with the unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage client concerns/ product issues referring the matter to the right person/department and follow through until resolved.
• Update client on status of unit in-service ensuring all pertinent details are conveyed.
• Prepare service tracking report/ monthly service report and other related reports
Job Requirements
• Must be a graduate of any business course or equivalent
• Must have experience in Customer Service
• Must be consistent in reporting
• Must possess good communication skills, as she may have to instruct others on the operation of equipment and how to troubleshoot it
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
willing to b assigned in Bagumbayan Quezon City near Eastwood
