Customer Service Representative – Davao – Vital Call Center Link Inc

Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Work in a fast- paced, structured call center environment.
2. Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions concerning their accounts.
3. Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable customer value.
4. Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
5. Upholds the client policies (call handling, password, security, systems and confidentiality etc.)
6. Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements and expectations.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field.
2. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
3. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
4. Must be at least 18 years old and above.
5. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED but call center experience is an advantage.
6. CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
7. Fast Learner and motivated.
8. Computer navigation skills.
9. Willing to work in Davao City.
