Job Description / Requirements
Provides customer service support by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS:
>Must have a great speaking & understanding of English.
>Must have excellent English communication and Interpersonal skills.
>Internet and computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office applications
>At least 6months of working experience in BPO/Call Center
>Highly-analytical and excellent problem solving skills.
>Internet and computer savvy, knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
>Graduate of any 4-year course or Finish at least 2nd year of college education but with at least 6 months call center experienced.
>Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
>Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
>Full-time positions available.
