HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR OUR US FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answer phones and respond to customer requests/needs
Understand customer’s needs
Provide customers with product and service information
Demonstrate empathy for customer’s situation
Identify, research and resolve customer service issues using the computer system
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of customer issue
Knowledge of relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Demonstrate the attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with account information
Demonstrate interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly and empathetic
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments
Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
Strong proficiency working with web browsers, strong web navigation skills and the ability to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools
Must be willing to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
Must be 18 years old and above
At least High School Graduate
With Call Center Experience is an advantage, but not required.

Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Fixed salary from 14-18K
Start Date: January 16, 2017

Position: Inbound Sales Representatives – Full Time Agents (With inbound sales background a plus but not a must and we accept applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE and FRESH GRADUATES!)
Nature of Account: Australian E-commerce (F&B delivery online service)
