Job Description / Requirements
· US inbound, business to business but non-sales.
· A pioneer account / pilot batch
· Graveyard shift
· Basic salary + allowance + night shift differential
· Probationary employment

Job Qualifications:
· For high school graduates: Minimum 1-2 yrs of call center experience
· If finished at least 2 years in college: must have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience
· For college graduates: with or without experience
· Must be at least 18 years old and above
· Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
· Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
· Can easily adapt to changes and flexible
· Ability to develop a strong working relationship with all levels of the organization
· Must have a very good interpersonal skills and must be customer service oriented
· Can multi-task
· Can pay attention to detail
· A team player
· Must be willing to work on graveyard shift
· Background in Adobe photoshop and illustrator is an advantage but not a requirement.
