Responsibilities:
1. Work in a fast- paced, structured call center environment.
2. Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to customer questions concerning their accounts.
3. Grow and nurture customer relationships on each and every call that result in measurable customer value.
4. Maintain acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
5. Upholds the client policies (call handling, password, security, systems and confidentiality etc.)
6. Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
1. High School Graduate or equivalent
2. No Call Center Experience is required
3. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
4. Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
5. Must be at least 18 years old and above.
6. CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
7. Fast Learner and motivated.
8. Computer navigation skills.
