Jobs Responsibilities:
• Manage escalation from initial line service to next line service and monitoring of support incidents
• Document situation improvement and resolutions
• Be able to prioritize assistance concerns while keeping increased client satisfaction
• Periodic coverage of service activities
• Deliver services and aid to end-users making use of and operating computerized call distribution phone software program, via remote network or over the World wide web;

Jobs Qualifications:
 Must have finished atleast two years in college
 Atleast 18 years old
 Self-motivated
 Good english communication skills
 Team Player
 Requires minimum supervision
