Customer Service Assistant – Freight Management

Job Description & Requirements
•Receives and handles bookings, service requests and service inquiries for ASSIGNED customers for ALL services
•Coordinates with various departments and properly endorses customer’s bookings to the applicable operations support team
•Responsible for the over-all monitoring of customer’s shipments from booking to release of shipment and acts as the checkpoint in all stages to ensure excellent service and achieve maximum customer satisfaction
•Constantly updates customers on the status of their shipments through phone and all other pertinent forms, notices and reports
•Resolves customer complaints, claims and concerns, if any
•In charge of elevating, improving and fostering our customer’s experience with FMW through regular communication, feedbacks, evaluation, service strategies and relationship building
