Job Description:
– Responds to customer inquiries and complaints by following techniques provided
– Inform customers about services available and assess customer needs
– Responsible for providing customer service for US clients to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner through Voice
– Should always be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them

Qualifications:
– Completed any 2 years course in college
– With at least 2 years BPO experience
– Must have above average English communication skills
– Must be willing to work on a shifting/graveyard schedules
– Must be willing to work during holidays and weekends
– Must be willing to work in Makati City
– 100 Full-Time position(s) available
