Job Description / Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent in speaking the English language.
-18 years of age and above
-must have completed at least 2 years of college education or its equivalent.
-must be computer literate
– must be able to deliver excellent customer service by responding to complaints both in written and verbal communications.
-can identify root causes of issues and provide creative leads to drive improvement.
-high school graduates are welcome to apply provided they possess excellent English communication skills.
We conduct interviews every Monday – Thursday, between 7-9pm.
