The Customer Experience Officer will serve as the front liner of Cignal TV, Inc.’s branch store.He/She will provide an enriching and engaging experience for our subscribers to produce the best service possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversees overall requests of subscribers.
Assist subscribers in troubleshooting problems
Engage with subscribers by responding to their concerns and requests.

Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any course.
Pleasing Personality with effective communication skills
Tech savvy, customer centric and result oriented
With at least 6 months of working experience specializing in Customer Service
Open for project-based employment
Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
