Job Qualifications
• Completed 2 years in college.
• Must have at least 6 months of call center experience.
• Above average to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge on audio equipment and networking products.
• Proficient in computer navigation, e-mail, configuration, troubleshooting and internet browsing.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules & holidays.
