Responsibilities
1. Assist the patients in their line-up via the online queuing system.
2. Thoroughly screens and assesses coverage or non-coverage of availments.
3. Ensures proper implementation of set Medical availment guidelines.
4. Grants coverage for out-patient and emergency room availments and provides assistance to the members especially to the VIPs
