Job Description
• Take incoming phone calls from customers; • Answer questions about the product or service; • Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers; • Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner; • Ensure Customer Satisfaction

Job Qualifications
• Preferably completed 2 years in college.
• Must have more than 6 months call center experience handling international accounts.
• Profile flexibility for those not meeting college education with 6 months BPO voice experience with excellent communication skills and must have strong CC background.
• Excellent comms is a must.
• Has good customer service orientation
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work on-site
