JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center. – Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations. – Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and. – Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.
Job Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduate of any 4-year course with no work experience; or
– Completed 2nd year undergrad with 6 months customer service work experience.
– Has good customer service orientation.
– Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Has good analytical skills.
– Must have basic knowledge in computer and web navigation.
– Must be willing to work within Quezon City;
– Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends and even holidays.
