Job Description & Requirements
Are you an HRM graduate/undergraduate, an ex-crew in a fastfood chain or a person with background in customer service who wants to try his luck in the BPO industry? If your answer is “yes”, then send your application TODAY!
As a Customer Service Representative for our U.S. Hotel, Travel and Entertainment account, you will be responsible for answering queries about our airline and hotel packages, booking flights and rooms, and providing resolutions to clients’ concerns. You will also be making sure that our clients receive AWESOME customer service that will make them want to avail of our services again!

Qualifications:
1. At least a high school graduate
2. Call center experience is preferred, but not required
3. Customer service experience (any industry) is preferred, but not required
4. Average to excellent English communication skills
5. Typing speed of at least 25 wpm
6. Amenability to work at night and on shifts
