Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Provide a clear understanding of the call center agent’s role in both outbound call centers and the inbound call center; • Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations; • Collaborate with others to ensure the customers’ issues are resolved and; • Assist and provide solutions for the customers’ questions.

Job Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Graduates are welcome to apply;
• Must have at least an experience on either of the following fields:
– 1 year of Flight Reservation Experience;
– 2 years of Native Airline GDS Experience;
– 1 year of International Booking Experience;
– 2 years Corporate Or Leisure Travel Industry Experience;
– 2 Yrs Customer Sales And Service Experience.
• Knows how to comprehend the Basic English language;
• Excellent Communication and Navigation Skills;
• Strong logic and problem-solving skills;
• Customer service oriented;
• Must be willing to work within Ayala, Makati;
• Willing to start immediately;
• Willing to work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
