– Handles customer’s concern about their account
– Walk through the customer on accessing their account online
– Sends email to assist the customer with their concern
– Conversational, clear on giving step by step instructions

Requirements:
– At least High school graduate
– Excellent communication skills
– Open to Fresh grads
– Can start early this November
– Must be computer literate
– Good typing skills, with accuracy
– Night shift
– Amenable to work in Alabang
– No call center experience required
