Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Handles special cases from account history building to providing recommendation and complete resolution
– Monitors resolution of open items and ensures follow-through
– Acts as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the supervisor
– Prepares regular reports on Service Level Agreements
– Liaises with other groups in relation to concern
– Conducts quality check of work performed of Assistants
Qualifications:
– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
– At least 1 year experience in customer service is required
– Above average customer orientation and able to establish rapport with clients
