Client Care / Customer Service Representative – Pasig City – Financial Rescue LLC

Job Description / Requirements
FINANCIAL RESCUE LLC is an established marketing service provider for debt relief programs. We pride ourselves in helping people who are in deep financial hardship.
We are targeting to grow our base of Fil-Am and American Clients in the U.S. We advertise heavily on the National American TV Channels & Radio, The Filipino Channel (TFC) and GMA PinoyTV .

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Conducting Welcome call to all assigned new active Clients of SLP & Triumph Programs.
2. Conducting monthly follow up call to all active Clients on alternate months. Sending follow up emails for Clients with email address/es.
3. Uploading pertinent & necessary documents from Clients.
4. Attending to all Clients concerns &/or requests
5. Assigning of account/s to Legal Negotiator
6. Assisting Legal Negotiator/s in contacting Clients re negotiations & settlements concerns (if needed)
7. Monitoring, recording, summarizing, and reporting call details.
8. Appending and maintaining accurate account and contact data in our internal and web databases
9. Reporting to immediate Superior any irregularities that will affect the Company or its operations.
10. Performing other duties as required/assigned by immediate Superior, from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree or Undergraduate with equivalent CSR experience
Analytical skills
Strong verbal communication skills in English with a professional upbeat telephone voice with the ability to conduct business discussions with clients
Resilient and persistent
Results-driven
Demonstrated success in a competitive outbound sales call center environment is preferred
Willing to work in grave yard shift
Full-time employment
