Job Description & Requirements
This position is responsible for resolving issues related to statement, reconciliation, funding, transaction inquiry, account changes and risk issues.

The functions of this position.
· Responsible for the merchant services phone queue (for all incoming merchant calls and must ensure that service levels are met on consistent basis).
· Responsible of reviewing merchant statements and explain the rates and fees assessed to the merchant each month.
· Responsible of educating the merchant the reason for chargeback and how to avoid it.
· Responsible for assisting merchants on changes on their merchant profile.
· Responsible of finding merchants transactions missing on their funds.
· Responsible for reconciling batches from the amount that was funded to their account.
· Responsible of walking through the merchant on how to use web based portal provided by their service provider.

Requirements:
Good communication skills
Computer Literate & with basic navigation skills
Good attendance habits
Should be willing to work in varying shifts
Can start ASAP
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
