HIRING: CISCO TEAM LEAD FOR REGISTRATION FOR MANILA READ FROM TOP BOTTOM)
Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.
● SALARY OFFER/RANGE: 36,000-46,000
● WORK SHIFT: ROTATING SHIFT

Qualifications:
● JD- They manage the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and have responsibility for developing team members.
● At least 2 years team lead experience in an English-based customer service account
● Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an IT-related field from a reputable and/or top tier university.
● Local Berlitz Verbal English Assessment – B2
● At least 2 years team lead experience in an English-based customer service account
● Recent experience with DNS, domain management, web hosting, and network administration preferred
● Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
