JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– interacts with a company’s customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
– deals with and help resolve any customer complaints.
– gathers customers’ information via telephone call.
– provides answers to customers’ inquiries using the available resources.
– escalates priority issues.
– helps customers solve their issues or propose necessary and appropriate solutions.
– conducts upsell/cross-sell of products when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
– At least 18 years of age and above.
– At least a high school graduate.
– No work experience needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Average English communication skills.
– Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
– Can type at least 30 words per minute with 100 percent accuracy.
– Amenable to shifting schedules/graveyard shifts and working on holidays and weekend.
– Willing to be assigned in Matina, Davao City.
