Hours:Mid-shift – 4pm to 1am
An established UK-BPO company is looking for a Call Center Processing Specialist for Motor Insurance operations. This is a varied role involving general and office management, call center operations management, training, recruitment and liaising with the UK office.

Qualifications:
• Ideally with knowledge of European / British companies / accounts
• Ideally with experience in motor insurance / insurance / claims
• Call Center Operations experience
• Excellent English communications skills
