Six Eleven Global Services has been successfully delivering Inbound and Outbound outsourced Services ranging from Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Sales, Inbound Customer Support and Retention using voice or chat since 2005. We understand the importance of delivering the basics: attention to instructions accompanied by an accurate and timely response to the problem. We provide simple yet accurate and reliable solutions to all BPO needs. We have an extensive list of clients that we provide services to and have a total combined capacity of more than 1000 seats with more than 650 full-time employees under three different service delivery centers located in Davao and General Santos city, Philippines respectively.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers in making cost effective and correct use of a product. It may include assistance in planning, installation, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrading through phone, chat or email.
• Direct marketing in which a salesperson solicits prospective customers to buy products or services, either over the phone or through a subsequent face to face or Web conferencing appointment scheduled during the call or by converting them to a prospective lead to be submitted to the end client.
• Providing assistance to users of technology products such as mobile phones, televisions, computers, software products or other electronic or mechanical goods. In general, technical support services attempt to help the user solve specific problems with a product though phone, chat or email.
Qualifications:
• Fluent in French and English communication skills, including active listening
• Computer literate and capable in typing
• Willing to work on holidays and shifting schedules
• Willing to undergo training
• Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
• Enthusiastic, prompt and well-mannered
• Must possess judgment skills
• EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
