JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have good speaking manner
• Amenable to work for 8 hours
• College graduadte/At least 2 years College Undergradaute/ Highschool Graduate (6months Call center Experience)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed
Meet performance goals as set by management
Use of company specific CRM and ERP software platforms
Solve problems and answer questions quickly, efficiently and courteously
Manage critical support problems and questions, handle escalations and sensitive problems and questions
