Responsibilities
• to handle inbound costumer service support calls
• Handles issue resolution to ensure department and costumer needs are met
• to handle new line applications, account verification and queries
Requirements
• Must be at least High School Graduate and computer literate
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Average to Above Average Communication Skills
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• With or Without Experience
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules
Directions:
1. Anywhere from South area
• Ride a bus or going North and get off at Ayala Station.
• Go to the Shell gas station.
• At the back of the Shell gas station, ride a jeep going to Ayala/Washington.
• Tell the driver to drop you off in front of Insular Life.
• Facing Insular life bldg, walk to your right along Paseo de Roxas until you reach PS Bank on the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Sedeño (FX can drop you off at Insular Life).
• Turn Left and walk along Sedeño.
• 139 Corporate Center is the 2nd building on your left on Sedeño. Look for the entrance between Family Mart and 7-Eleven.
• We are at the 20th floor, Unit 2004.
2. Anywhere from North Area / LRT Gil Puyat Station
• Ride a Bus or MRT going to Buendia station.
• Ride a bus going to LRT Leveriza .
• Tell the driver to drop you off at Paseo or Insular Life.
• Facing Insular life bldg, walk to your right along Paseo de Roxas until you reach PS Bank on the corner of Paseo de Roxas and Sedeño (FX can drop you off at Insular Life).
• Turn Left and walk along Sedeño.
