Qualifications:
-At least High School Graduate
-With or without Call Center Experience
-18 years old and above
-Excellent English Communication Skill
-Can work Full time and in shifting schedules
-Not enrolled (students are not qualified)
-Can start ASAP

Job Summary: Interact and respond with customers in providing adequate information in response to inquiries regarding products and services and to consistently handle and resolve complaints.
