Job Description Job Responsibilities:
• Drives continuous improvement across different projects like Presales, Order Management, Provisioning, Activations, Bill Inquiry, Service Assurance, IT, Infrastructure segments etc. • Initiates Root Cause Analysis and provides recommendation based on causes • Perform Data Analysis through various available data sources and provides analytical insights • Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas involving automation and mobility to improve efficiency and deliver client value

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of work experience
• Sound knowledge in a BPO set up
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills in terms of deriving insights from available data
• Project Management
• Creates long-term relations with key stakeholders and clients.
• Out of the box thinking and innovative mindset
• Fluent in Excel
• With knowledge and/or experience in leading RPA projects
• At least Six Sigma Yellow Certified but prefers Green Belt Ceritifed
Location: Across Metro Manila
Shift: Cyclical/Rotational
Budget: Will depend with your years of experience
